basically two people will be in the middle and there are two teams. Each team will stand behind a cone and when the person in the middle shouts go, the team on the left will go to the left cone and team on the right will go to the right cone, the person will then pass the ball to that person and they will have to shoot. Once they shoot they then go to the back of the line and the next person will go and do the same thing
run to second cone get the ball from the person in the middle then take a shot - miss or score run back to the line and the next person will do the same thing
