offender will start with ball and begin dribbling down sidelines focusing on protecting the ball with their body defense will attempt to contain offense and if unsucessful will recover to goal to defend the other offeder. the second offender will shoot and the first offender will replace the second and receive the next cross.
communication is key defense- work on "staying high" so as not to get beat by the offender as well as reducing fouling in these situations offense- focus on protecting ball with body and staying composed while under defensive pressure.
