
Normal game play inside the half. The team is divided into two teams. One team starts as the attackers, the other as defenders. The attackers are trying to score. If the defensive team manages to get the ball, they will run/pass it to the coned zone at halfway. This must be controlled otherwise it is a turnover. Once the defense has has successfully controlled the ball at halfway, they become the attackers and are trying to score. When a goal is scored. The attacking team will start with the ball again from half way. Note that the goal-keeper is always on the defending team.
