One attacker (red will run with the ball round the top and try dribbly though the green gate. Two defenders (blue and yellow) will leave once the attacker has gotten to the yellow cone. They will run round the top and defend the gate.
Defencively the players should push the attacker onto there stong side (front stick) One player should channel (yellow) and the other block tackle (blue) Work together lots of communication
