1v1. Attacker starts with the ball. Attacker has 10s to score (coach counts down from 10 to 1) by carrying through any coloured gate. The defender tries to slow them down/channel them to the green gate, which has the lowest point score. Green gate is worth 1pt, yellow gate 2pts, red gate 3pts. Variations: Bonus for quick goals: The bonus is the countdown number reached when the goal is scored. So the quicker the goal, the more bonus pts. Coach throws ball onto pitch. Note: Don't mix Younger + Older children in a pair.
Feedback: How can you stop the defender scoring in the red goal?
