DESCRIPTION

2 Exercise... 1st Exercise, Game situation. Goals back to back. Small sided game aimed at promoting fast off the ball movement with rapid attack. 2 touch hockey. 2nd Eercise, Attack overload with 2 attackers and 1 defender. 2 Touch hockey again with promotion of shooting once in the D. Work the ball around the defender. The defender shouldnt really have much to do with this game.
