Small game format. 3 different teams, two play against each other, one waits on the side line. The team that scores first stays in, the other team subs off with team 3. If it takes too long set up a maximum amount of minutes and take off the team that's in the longest. Good drill for the players to get familiar with how their team mates play. It's a small space so they have to work together.
This drill is about fitness and making the right decisions as soon as players get tired. The team that wins the most stays on the longest so they'll get tired the quickest. They have to focus on communication and basic skills like passing, leading, marking etc. You can add extra points for stringing a certain amount of passess in a row.
