
In the tackle box, the defender has to get her stick on the ball with a jab tackle 3 times. The attackers have to try to complete 3 consecutive passes. Whoever completes their task first plays the ball into the attacker into the coned channel where they carry the ball towards goal with a recovering defender channeling them. 1 attacker & the defender from the box make their way into the circle to help their team mates.
Box: 1-2 touch for attackers Defender to remain low and use full reach to jab tackle Channel: Attacker to carry the ball at pace and as direct to goal as possible. Defender to track back at pace and force the defender away from goal or into an error.
