Procedure: 3 teams. Two teams in play at any one time. Turn-and-burn: when a team scores, they turn and attack the opposite goal. Coach rotates teams every [2]mins. Progression: (to increase intensity) When one team scores, the resting team immediately comes on to defend, replacing the conceding team. Variations: Score in hockey goals or by carrying/passing over backline. Alter pitch length/width.
