Needed? Cones, Balls, Boards, Goal, 5+players How? Start by passing between Left Back (LB), Right Back (RB), and Center Mid (CM). Dynamic passing in and out passing controlled possesion. When coach blows the whistle what ever back has the ball dumps ball into the corner and sequence starts! Sequence: Let's say RB has the ball (pictured), he passes the ball to the deep corner where the Right Forward (RF) receives the ball on the FOREHAND. The RB makes a cut towards the circle, while the CM replaces him. The RF passes the ball back to the RB, he has three (3) options: 1. Blue: Pass across to Left Forward (LF), who redirects the ball into the goal. 2. Red: RB passes ball back to repositioned RF who runs baseline and either passes to incoming LB or on post LF. 3. Yellow: RB passes ball across to incoming LB who takes the shot on goal or looks for a tip from RF or LF. Why? Very important and effective patterns to get into the circle. Very important for backs to be involved in the attacking play!
