End zone style game across a middle quarter. Leading into Outlet from the D. defence play the ball out to a box and then a free pass across to other box OR player runs to a central position to start from a Long corner position to initiate an attack - changing the point of attack. (roles reversed)
Control on the ball after the defender gains posession. Movement away from goal for outlet to start an attack. Attackers tackle back need to look for space free around the D out of transition.
