In Pairs. When a pass is received the receiving player dribbles the ball around the cone behind them before passing back to their partner. Repeat using different passing techniques at appropriate distances.
Players must aim to receive the ball whilst moving. Players should constantly be moving and never be flat-footed. Consider body position when receiving: Is the ball protected? Body position should remain low and strong at all stages (receive, dribble and pass). Work for small periods at high intensity and include regular short breaks to maintain quality. Maximise vision by keeping eyes up as much as possible. Always look up before passing.
