Blue receives ball from Red, passes to Green and then loops past yellow ready to receive from red again. Green receives ball from Blue, passes to Yellow and then loops past Red ready to receive the ball from Blue again. Once received second time by the top of the D, dribble into D and shoot at Goal.
Once players are comfortable with the drill, add a defender in channel. The defender can (to start with) only intercept the ball. Players can either make the pass across the channel or straight down to the next player. If the happens the other players have to act quickly to loop around ready to give the player with the ball options. Can be set up on either side of the pitch, not just the middle. To stop players standing around, due to high number of participants, set up on both sides taking it in turn to go.
