Balls and extra players start at left back corner. Blue player dribbles through cones, makes back and around cross-field pass to green player. Green passes square to Red. Red and Orange use 1-2 fast passing attack. Oranges makes Banana-run lead into the D to receive the ball facing it. Orange attacker makes a quick turn and shot on goal. Follow your pass and replace the player ahead of you in the drill.
Add in defenders to put pressure on Blue's pass; Red and Orange's 1-2; and add a defender at the edge of the D. Keep the ball moving quickly. Flip the set up so balls start at Right Back and attack the D on the left. Potential to add more attackers in the D to promote pincer movement.
