This drill will start by me seperating the group of 20 into four teams of five i will then number each team one to five. I will then shout a number and that number will then come onto the court from every team and the aim is to hit your opponenets bench with the ball once your bench has been hit you are out and you will then go and sit behind your bench the winner team is the team that is the only bench not to be hit with the ball. I could change the drill by instead of shouting out one number I could shout out two.
