Setup: 1 ball + 1 cone gate per pair. Procedure: 1) Practice passing in pairs through the gate. 10x push, 10x slap, 10x hit. 2) Competition: how many passes can you make through the gate in [1min]? Add up both players' passes. The 2 pairs with the highest scores move one place to the right. Repeat x2 with a different type of pass. Variations: Scoring: each pass 1pt, each pass through the gate 2pts. With GK: forms a pair with an outfielder, who stands at top of D. Outfielder passes, goalkeeper kicks. Progressions: Different types of pass: Outfielders: push / slap / hit / reverse slap Goalkeeper: side-foot (either) / side-foot (right) / side-foot (left)
