Divide into 2 teams. Play 3 rounds as below. Time each round (count down from [15]) to keep the game moving: Blue players each have 3 balls. They must dribble through their own goals and shoot through red team's goals. They can't dribble over red team's white line. Red players collect balls, then its their turn. Add [1-2] red blockers to slow the blue shooters down. Add stealers. Some or all of red team can come onto the pitch to tackle blues and clear the balls. Variations: Vary the goal widths: extra pts for shooting through smallest goals. Vary the goal distances from the white line: extra pts for shooting through furthest goals. Divide the pitch so that the youngest players can play separately. No stealers on that pitch.
