
Players start behind the bottom line and dribble the ball up towards the coloured cones. When they reach about halfway the coach calls a colour. Players must dribble around a cone of that colour before returning to the start line. First one back, under control, is the winner!
Encourages players to look up when dribbling and builds confidence running with the ball. Coaches can determine which direction players must pass around the cones in order to practise strong side/weak side play.
