Similar to bullrush. Without a ball for the first round or two, then add a ball each. Split into 2 groups - salmon (yellow) and seals (blue) with 2 fishermen (red). Fishermen call out either "SALMON" or "SEALS", and that group must try and get to the other side without getting caught. Coaches or fisherman can soon after call the other group to go. If caught, they become Seaweed - they stand with feet apart, and can wave their arms to help the fishermen tag others, but can't move their feet. Last team to remain are the champions of the sea! Repeat mutliple times. Progression: If coaches shout "SEAWEED ALIVE", the seaweed become fishermen and can run to tag.
Look at where the defenders are, and time your run.
