Es un ejercicio de 1vs1. El jugador de color rojo le va a realizar un pase de push al jugador azul, este le va a devolver la bola haciendole un pase de push. El jugador rojo recepcionara la bola a continuación este irá conduciendo la bola izq-derech y drech-izq, el jugador azul saldrá a quitar la bola a la vez que impide que sobrepasa el cono que tiene detrás. Si el jugador pasa el cono del azul habrá ganado y se empezará de nuevo. Si el jugador azul le consigue robar la bola al jugador rojo este podrá salir en contraataque hacia el cono del jugador rojo. El jugador rojo si ha perdido la bola tiene que intentar que el jugador azul no llege a su cono, para ello tendrá que intentar robarle la bola o aguntarle hasta que le consiga robar la bola y asà poder ir en contraataque hacia el cono del azul.
