Feeder 1 dribbles ball into the top of the D. Hits or slaps ball to reciever on back post. Reciever deflects ball into goal. Recieved then runs to penalty spot, recieves ball from feeder 2, controls and reverse stick sweeps into goal.
Feeders balls should be powerful and flat. Recievers deflection: Stick slightly angled upwards Stick horizontal Recievers sweep: control ball slightly outside right foot plant feet shoulder width apart with back to goal bend knees/ get low short handed v at bottom of grip strike ball on edge on stick
