Player 1 (shooter) runs from 23y line to touch penalty spot, runs back into cone box, receives pass from player 2, then turns + scores. Player 2 then becomes the shooter. Variations/progressions: Shooter touches left cone instead of penalty spot. Shooter touches right cone instead of penalty spot (i.e. to practice reverse shots). 1 defender + 2 shooters (all in box). Shooters have 10s only to score. Then swap roles: passer>shooter1>shooter2>defender.
Notes: Drill should flow, shooter should receive pass immediately after touching penalty spot/cone.
