Three lines A, B and C. First player passes to a receiver standing behind the cone on the edge of the D. Receiver must post-up (get in front of cone) before receiving, then rounds the cone and shoots. Follow your pass, so passer becomes the next receiver/shooter. Take turns to pass+shoot, one line at a time (A, B, C, A, etc.) Variation: set different tasks per line, i.e. Line A: Reverse hits only Line B: Dummy then shoot Line C: 3D then shoot
Post-up: Make sure that the receiver takes up a position behind the cone, and doesn't move in front of it until the receiver has released their pass. GK: give the GK a focus, i.e. diving technique with quick recovery
