Playing area: the circle. Each player (except the defenders) has a ball. The aim is to keep your ball for as long as possible. 1-2 defenders enter the circle and try to hit players' balls out of the area. Every player that loses their ball immediately becomes a defender. Keep playing until no players are left with a ball. Play x3 rounds. The last players to keep their ball become defenders in the next round. Optional: split playing area into 2 for different age groups/ability levels.
This is a warm-up that practises ball control, elimination and defensive tactics.
