Psplit player into 2 teams and then ask half the team to dribble a ball around teh 'no mans land' and the other half of the team to wait in their safe base at the ends of the pitch. On a whistle or command players must try to niggle as many balls off teh opposing team and get them into their teams safe base before the opposing team can react and niggle them back . Once a niggle has occured the team that niggled the most balls gains a point and the teams swap the players dribbling and the players in the safe base.
