Ball is rolled from tagged player to the Scrum Half(SH). Scrum half passes to F.R.(First Receiver) who progresses the ball forward near to the gainline to affix the first defender. Player running the "Overs" line runs forward then changes their angle to run back in against the shoulders of the second and first defender. The "Under" player begins and arcing run out the back. The first receiver decides who gets the ball based on the picture in front of them. If the defenders turn their shoulders inwards to cover the "Over" it should go out the back as their should now be an over lap created. Should the defender decide to ignore the "Overs" player and turn to cover the run of the "Under", the "Overs" player should become the receiver.
