Yellow/Gold team attack. Blue team defends. Gold/Yellow team neeed to score a try. Blue team need to try and stop the Yellow/Gold team scoring a try.
Blue team need to communicate well. The inside player shouts 'drift' when the player next to him should move to the next player, as he has the man covered. Communication needs to be short and snappy. Yellow/Gold team can try plays/moves once the Blue team has the hang of the defensive pattern.
