1st Player moves out to cone 1 - To the left hand side of the tackle shield oposite. The player then runs up then in and drives the tackle shield backwards (Roughly 1m) The player then runs backwards to the 2nd cone and another player runs to the 1st cone. The two players then run up then in and drives the tackle shields backwards (Roughly 1m) This keeps on going till all players have gone through all shields.
