
- Begin with six players in the first box, three on each side. They become the forward pack. Have two players in a split on each side. The play must stay within the boundaries of the box. - After two rucks are made, the ball is passed to the backs. The forwards must support the backs an must be able to insert into the plays. Two tackles must be made. - Play continues until the tackles are made. - Rotate one number and repeat.
