This drill is mainly for wide receivers and quarter backs but can involve other players catching the pass. The dill starts off with three cones in a flat triangle the quarter back/ passer stands behind the middle cone ready to pass the ball to the two players on the outside. When the coach says go the two players on the outside take one step towards the centre to sell opposite and then run around the outside of the cones. Just before both of the players meet the passer passes the ball in the centre of the two players, both of the players have to compete to catch the pass. the passer has to aim for where both of the other players are going so that the pass gets to them on time and on target.
