Reaction Responde and improve the ability to identify and adapt to what type of pass is requied.
1. Set up 3 coloured boxes that gradually get bigger. 2. Get 4 lines in the small box standing opposite each other, pretty much standing next to each other. 3. They start passing the ball down the line and when it gets to the end of the line they pass the ball to the group that is waiting. 4. The next group does the same as the first group. 5. You keeping going make quick and sharp. 6. The coach then shouts the next colour (yellow), and they all have to react fast and get the right spacing and do the exact same. 7. Then shouts the next colour (white) and the players have to respond again completing the same task. 8. Once the players understand you can call the colours in what ever order you like.
