DESCRIPTION

Quick 5 min Intense Passing Drill Player A runs backwards and forwards between B players. B players do a little pop passes to A, who passes back immediately. C player backwards pass to Running A who passes back to opposite player C. Player A completes this for 1 min, then players rotate.

COACHING POINTS

Ensure player A is running with intensity. All passes well weighted and at the correct height. Everyone paying attention.
