
Each player in team is given number 1-4. Coach says which team is attacking and calls a number. That number player on attacking team is fly-half. That number player on defending team is time-keeper and stands next to coach. On whistle: time-keeper starts stop-watch defending 3 players form defensive line attacking players get into T position (flyhalf as indicated by coach). Attacking team has 1 minute to score a try (including time taken getting into position). Time-keeper tells coach when 1minute is up. Reset with another number called.
Quick decisions on positions. 1st pass goes from scrum-half to fly-half. Attackers to run forwards with the ball (time limit). Offload quickly if tagged. Support players to be in positon all the time, not running offside.
