Each team of 4 lines up each side of the coach at edge of halfway line. Coach says which team is attacking & which is defending. On whistle defending team have to get into defensive line, whilst attacking team have to run, touch cone behind their try line, collect the ball (thrown in by coach) and attack. When possession changes sides the play ends and both teams re-set next to coach.
Appoint captains to marshall defence. Players to be aware of where gaps are left. Stay in defensive line, don't get pulled out of position by chasing the ball.
