Ball carrier runs and sets up an unopposed ruck. 2 ruck over, 1 scrum half comes and frees the ball and sets up offensive line. When happy with offensive line feeds out the ball down the line and end back sets up another ruck.
Set up ruck correctly - solid, stable, strong. Focus on scrum half, use feet to free the ball, do not put hands on the ball. Deliberate pause when standing over the ball to organise offensive line. If line isn't ready don't give the ball out. Steep diagonal offensive line, start deep enough to take the ball at full speed, but make sure quality of the pass is good.
