10 min warm up: Jog round the pitch, static streches, dynamic stretches and a 5 minute game of touch. Tackling: set up a 5x5m square with 1 cone in each corner, have 1 person on each cone and one person in the middle with the tackle suit on, 1 ball between the group, run at the tackler with the ball using footwork and a handoff, the tackler should make a positive tackle and get back on his feet as soon as possible and fight for the ball, then pass the ball to another person in the square and do the same. Handling: start in a grid around 10m wide and 5m in depth, as the diagram shows. you need 5 people standing on the line, with a ball at one end and the ball needs to reach the opposite end without any people going past the 5m line, once the ball has reached the end it needs to be pulled back to the line behind. Do this constantly for 1 minute and then spread all the people out wider, once again does this for one minute, finally go as narrow as possible and do that again for 1 minute.
