- Utilising a reverse stick pick challenge
- 2 lines of players
- One player will dribble in a straight line
- The defending playing has to come from the left side and try to steal the ball
- Emphasis should be made that this is a risky challenge, and can result in fouls and cards being given if not done cleanly
- The defender should watch the ball before jumping into a challenge
- Attempting to 'snap' the ball out of the challenge should be avoided,this can often been seen as an aggressive challenge and results in free hits being awarded
- Have the ball carrier run at a slight angle, causing the defender to get their body around more
- Increase the pace of the dribble
- Have the ball carrier indian dribble, allowing the defender to practice the timing of the challenge
