DESCRIPTION

2 teams (standing alternate) 2 balls.
1 team starts passing the ball in one direction around their team. The other team then passes their ball the same way to try and overtake the ball from the team that started.

Follow your pass (Zig Zag):

Workers pass the ball to the person at the next cone and then immediately follow it each time.

Once the ball reaches the final cone the final player passes the ball to the waiting players and then sprints to join the back of the queue.

Running the circle:

Cones are placed around the worker (white 1). The worker has to run to each of the cones in turn to receive a ball and returns it to the Feeder (blue 1). Worker must return to the centre before moving to the next point.
Variation: Worker sprints to the outside cones, and returns to the centre to receive the ball.

Push the pace:

Setup the practice as shown.

The worker throws the ball to their partner before running around behind them and back to their starting position.

As the worker is running back they will be thrown a high pass by the feeder.

Co-ordination Passing:

Both blue players have balls. They both throw their balls to the Red player facing them and the red players return the ball diagonally to the other Blue player. The Red players then swap places etc.
