What's in the session?
Divided into three sections, this session starts by giving players time to practice and experiment with the technique. Once they've got the hang of this we then get to work in small groups as a team, trying to keep the ball in the air using the bump and set for as long as possible. Finally it's time to put their skills to the test in the final game!
