DESCRIPTION

Set cones with 7m between the center cone and the outside cones (14m total width). Run forward to the middle cone, side step left, touch outside cone with left hand, sidestep right back to the middle and tough middle cone with right hand. Side step left to the next outside cone, touch cone with left hand, then right back to the center. Continue around the star. Left hand only touches outside cones and right hand only touches center cone. Repeat 6 times. Complete in the opposide direction, only left hand touches the center cone and the right hand touches the outside cones. Repeat 6 times

COACHING POINTS

Stay low, turn your outside foot before planting to push off straight in the next direction. Time yourself and try to beat your time on each set
