
Set up zipper cones, all 7m apart, last cone is 15m. Start at the top, side step backwards with your stick, jab at the left side cone, back side step to the right and block tackle at the right hand cone, (knuckles to the ground), continue backwards through the cones, on the last right hand cone, complete the block tackle and then turn and sprint to the last cone. Repeat 12 times
Keep your stick in two hands at all times, for the job send the stick quickly out and then back to two hands. The block tackle should be all the way to the ground (both hands knuckles touching the ground), for the turn and sprint at the end, your stick can be in the right hand only
