DESCRIPTION

Set up two lines of cones offset with 5m between the cones infront and 7m between the cones to the side. From the first cone, side step right and touch the cone with your right hand, then left to the next cone and touch that cone with your left hand, continue through the zipper. When you get to the end, back peddle back to the starting line. Repeat 12 times

COACHING POINTS

stay low and plant your outside foot ready to push off in the next direction. Time yourself and try to beat it each time
