Description
General
* see picture 5 against 4
* if defenders score, change of role
Exercise:
* nr 1 start with autopass to nr 2
* from that point everybody is allowed to move
* nr 2 has to pass to:
- 1x attackers on outside
- 1x attackers in centre
- 1x back to center half
* 5 attackers try to score
* if defenders get the ball, they can score in both goals A by dribbling= change of role!!!
Coaching points
GOAL:
1. to learn to create and maintain the 2V1 by:
1: always 1 attacker to the ball , other 2 to circle and taking positioning. Think about scorings positions in circle
2: Timing: wait, till ball is almost played.
in circle not too much running, wait which make defenders go ball watching. Move efficiently
