This drill i will split the group of twenty inton four teams of five the first drill indicated by the blue particpant with the black cones the first player from each team will dribble in a straight line with the ball round the last cone and then all the way back he will not pass the ball he will stop it on the line just infront of the next particpant who will then do the same the winning team is the team that finishes the relay first , depending on the players dribbling technique i will advance the drill onto the the green cones with the red particpant the first player will this time dribble in and out of every cone and then will dribble back not going in and out of the cones just in a straight line and again the player will stop it on the line just infront of the next particpant who will then do the same the winning team is the team that finishes the relay first. The final addition to this drill indicated by the grey particpant going in and out of the orange cones like the last drill but this time on the way back the players will go in and out of the cones and place the ball for the next particpant to do the same
