The use of red and blue is to show 2 possible ways of doing this exercise- both are the same, but mirrored. Players must pass between eachother, passing the ball in a zig-zag movement before reaching the player at the top of the shooting circle, who shall shoot at the goal keeper. Players must follow their pass. Only one shot is to be taken, and the shooter must move out the way for the next shot, and return to the beginning line.
Make sure to do a ball collection from time to time. Warm up goal keeper slowly by progressing from pushes, to slaps, to hits.
