Slow pace as approach cone and adjust feet to correct push pass position - hands apart, body and shoulder follows through as ball starts back foot and is dragged to front foot release. Players follows their pass. Ball receiver either left-right allows ball to come across body and right to left receives ball back foot. Reverse direction and increase pace for progression.
