Player 1 starts with ball: does a V-pull and two lifts at the green cones. Then passes to player 2. Player 2 receives and does 3 pulls (one to the right, then 1 to the left, then third one to the right) and passes a hard and long ball to player 3. Player 3 does a pull (either way) and then does two lifts again at the green cones and passes to player 4. Player 4 speeds to baseline but not before the second circle marker does a hard pass to player 5. Player 5 receives and passes the ball into crazy catch (indicated with the A sign). Player has to be ready to wherever crazy brings the ball back and then player 5 shoots on cage. Rotation: 1-2-3-4-5-1
1. Fast paced 2. Wide pulls & good lifts 3. Be ready to adjust when receiving ball from crazy. 4. Communication.
