DESCRIPTION

Start with stick on ball. dribble two yards to obstacle and lift over rebound board into goal. Turn and go in opposite direction to pick up ball, dribble and lift over obstacle on the other side. Repeat until all balls are gone. Score: goals scored in air and time.

COACHING POINTS

Lift must be at least high enough to clear a rebound board to count as a lift. Prefer lift be on the move.
