Players keep their ball throughout, and drive with the ball to each station. Recommended that 2 or 3 stations should be left between each person to avoid queues, and allow quick pace and high intensity. 3D skills- Players must chip/lift the ball over the hurdle. Ladder- placing one foot in each space, players must use just their left hand (ball to the left of the ladder) on their reverse to move the ball the length of the ladder. Figure of 8- players must loop around the figure of 8, using reverse when required. 3D skills- Players must chip/lift the ball over the hurdle. Roll-out - Players must do a roll out on their strong side, looping inside the cones. 3D skills- Players must chip/lift the ball over the hurdle. V-drag - players must move the ball around the cones in a v-drag. Roll-out - players must use reverse stick to roll-out on the inside of the cones. Shooting- Players take a shot at goal where the goalkeeper will try to save the ball.
If struggling, teach players how to lift the ball correctly. Start the goalie off with pushes, and then progress to hits after warmed up.
