Shooting / defelection / recovery drill. Player at top of D receiving and shooting, two at posts for deflection, two at "castle" positions for chasing rebounds / saves. Pass from line to top of D, player turns, dribbles into D and shoots. Rebounds / saves, etc chased until ball out of D (backline, goal, cleared by goalie). When ball goes out, players rotate anti-clockwise, player from line to top of D, left castle to back of line.
Good warmup for game, gets goalie moving and players eye in for reactions, chasing, pressuring to score. Crisp movement to next position, castle players ready for rebounds. Post players in position to lunge in for rebound, rather than standing at post.
